Student Membership

Student members must be enrolled in a school/college of veterinary medicine or technology or studying in a department of animal science.  The AAVN includes veterinary interns, residents, and graduate students (Masters or PhD candidates)  in the student membership category.  

Students, with demonstrated proof of enrollment, are exempt from paying dues.  New graduates are also exempt from dues payment for the first year after graduation and pay a reduced rate of $60 in their second year following graduation.
