The position splits time between research (35%), clinical instruction and patient care (40%), classroom teaching (15%), and service (10%). The role involves managing nutrition cases, teaching veterinary students, and mentoring interns/residents within the Clinical Nutrition Service of the Gastrointestinal Laboratory.
