26th Annual Clinical Nutrition and Research Symposium

The AAVN's 26th Annual Clinical Nutrition and Research Symposium will take place on Tuesday, June 9  in the Grand Ballroom at the Sheraton Grand Seattle in Seattle, Washington.

Join us for a full day of lectures, oral and poster abstract presentations, student programs and networking opportunities.  This program has been submitted to RACE for approval of 3.5 CE credits.

Registration will be open from 3-5 pm in the Grand Ballroom Foyer at the Sheraton Grand on Monday, June 8.  Don't miss our Welcome to Seattle Gathering on Monday from 5-7 pm at SPIN Seattle, located right across the street from the hotel!  There will be lots of food,  drinks (2 tickets per person), ping pong and more.  Don't miss this opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues!  The Annual AAVN Party is happening on June 9 from 7 pm - 9 pm at the Museum of Illusions, just a few blocks from the Sheraton Grand. Guests will have full access to the interactive - and photo friendly! - optical illusions while enjoying drinks and light snacks. Tickets are available for purchase at Symposium registration check out.  The cost is just $25 for Symposium attendees and $35 for guests.  Each ticket includes one drink and entry in a prize drawing. All proceeds from ticket sales will be used to support student travel to the 2027 Symposium.  

Registered attendees receive a 15% discount on registration for the ACVIM Forum. The promo code is provided in the AAVN Symposium registration confirmation. Hotel room block details are also provided in the email confirm.

While the Symposium is an in-person event, recordings with slides will be available to registered attendees.

Refund Policy:  A full refund of tuition is available through May 15, 2027. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellation May 16-May 26.  Refunds are not available after May 26.
