Come learn about nutrition as it relates to the honeybee! Attendees will gain an understanding of the different life stages of a honeybee and how nutrient needs and food preparation can change as the life stages progress. Appreciate the impact of foraging access on overall colony health and whether honeybees require more than just honey as part of their balanced diet.  In addition, participants will learn common methods that beekeepers may use to help give their hives a nutrition boost during times of foraging dearths.
